Yigit Pura’s Tout Sweet Patisserie at Macy’s Union Square, but
Grub Street tips us off that the
Top Chef: Just Desserts winner just unleashed a slew of savory goods to fatten you up including a house-made ham-and-cheese “Pop Tart” and a daily breakfast sandwich such as today’s special: a sous-vide poached farm egg on brioche topped with Cowgirl Creamery cheese and braised fennel. But if chocolate’s your master, Pura will be leading a Scharffenberger demo tomorrow at
Macy’s Cellar from 2-3 PM, but you better RSVP (via the patisserie’s
