Top DC Chefs Will Prepare Seven-Course Noodle Dinner at the Source

Chopstick alert: to celebrate the fifth anniversary of The Source, executive chef Scott Drewno has invited highly respected Asian chefs to collaborate on a seven-course noodle themed dinner on September 27. Chefs Eric Bruner-Yang (Toki Underground), Liu Chaosheng (Mala Tang), Haidar Karoum (Proof, Estadio), Yesoon and Danny Lee (Mandu) and Kaz Okochi (Kaz Sushi Bistro) will each be responsible for a course. Dresno will cap the parade of savory dishes with a Szechuan specialty, and of course dessert will end the feast.
