Top Chef Kitchen Pop-Up Coming to TriBeCa in October

Sure, pop-ups are not a new concept for Top Chef alums (Paul Qui and Ty-Lör Boring's residences at City Grit come to mind), but now it seems Bravo wants to make the experience official by launching a four-week Top Chef Kitchen in TriBeCa. From October 23-November 18, two chefs will simultaneously present $95 four-course menus for guests to choose from, with an option of included wine pairings for $125.

While it's stressed on the website that the lineup may change, currently the schedule shows Tiffany Derry and Paul Qui up first, followed by Tiffani Faison and Jennifer Carroll, Richard Blais and Grayson Schmitz and, to close, Antonio Lafaso and Fabio Viviani. An eight-course chef's table option will also be available for $250 (all inclusive with wine pairings) for the opportunity for die-hard fans to really get close with the former cheftestants. But don't stress if you can't make it to the party - there's always the cruise in April or, who knows, perhaps Top Chef roller derby come summer? (For the record, we're down.)
