The Mildred Opens in Bella Vista

This week, longtime friends Michael Santoro and Michael Dorris realized a dream first imagined over a decade ago: the two chefs opened a restaurant together. The Mildred (included in our Fall Restaurant Preview) is now serving dinner on Eighth Street in Bella Vista, offering seasonal American cuisine in a relaxed but refined setting. We stopped in for a preview visit and chatted with the two chefs about the menu, the space and their plans to make the new spot into a neighborhood institution.
