The Best Thing We Ate Last Night: Risotto With Basil Foam at The Burlington Social Club

The roaming art and dining experience PrĂȘt a Diner launched their latest pop-up last night in London. The Burlington Social Club in the Royal Academy is a feast for the senses: a combination of music and neon artwork with innovative food and drinks.

We sat around a rectangular bar constructed from scaffold poles, wood and glass watching all the action in the open kitchen as Michelin starred chef Ollysan and his team prepared sushi and small dishes like this plate of perfectly cooked tomato risotto with a sprinkling of mozzarella and touch of basil foam.
