Taco Bell Expanding Cantina Bell Menu

Cantina Bell's original Burrito Bowl
Less than three months after its debut, Taco Bell has announced that it's expanding its "fresh-focused" Cantina Bell menu, designed by Top Chef Masters second-runner-up Lorena Garcia (see our taste test here). Apparently the new items (burritos and burrito bowls) have been a major success and the chain is currently testing a new quesadilla, a fresh roasted salsa and revamped steak (the latter launching January), according to the OC Register. Read more about the new menu items here.

  2. I use to love your food, until you changed the menu. I am allergic to cilantro and jalapenos. Can't you give us a choice??? Leave them out of the rice, pico de gio ,marinade ,and guacamole ??? Have them on the side so we can add if we want.

  3. I love taco bell, but as a child growing up in calif I remember going to mexican restaurants and always there was rice, refried beans and choice of enchilada, or pulled meat (beef chicken or pork) served with warm corn tortilla on a hot plate can you do something like that for folks not on the go? oh yes side salad or fruit

  4. Taco Bell's is dedicated to bringing you fresh, inventive and delicious ingredients and I believe we can invent a meal just as you've described with rice & beans, enchilada and/or pulled meats (beef, chicken … not pork) served with warm tortilla's … maybe even the hot plate… but we will never, ever, do this, and do you know why? Because we are Taco Bell's and most of our food isn't what you'd get in any Mexican restaurant anywhere. HA!!!! Come on now, we are the fast food meximerican restaurant that once introduced the Bell Beefer - doesn't ever get more meximeican than creating a Sloppy Joe that people will pay good hard earned money for - but I do need to say to you, it warms my heart that we actually got you to believe we were in any way like a real Mexican restaurant … really, really …. Um … really warms my heart. Plus, me and the President of the company - the Real Taco Bell's - had a really good laugh over this one. Man this is classic.
