While it's still weeks away from reopening (definitely this month, say reps), here's a sneak peek of
Spago while still undergoing renovations. What a change! We knew the 90s flourishes
would be replaced with light-colored walls, skylights in the dining room and an overall more sleek look, and this is obviously not complete, but you can see the direction. The menu, too, is also getting a
complete overhaul. Spago is such an institution -
a game-changer, if you will - that it might take some getting used to. So do you like it, love it, will you miss the old? Discuss. [via
