Peruvian Food Trend: It's Not Over Yet

2012 has most certainly been the year of Peruvian food (Ceviche, Lima, Tito's, our own pisco sour obsession). And it is not over yet.

Still to come before the end of the year is Coya - a huge new restaurant in Piccadilly by Arjun Waney (Zuma, Roka, La Petite Maison) that we are certain will be as outstanding as his other restaurants.

Can't wait that long for your South American fix? Don Ceviche - a three day Peruvian pop-up in The Art Cellar (under the Holborn arches on Farringdon Street) opens next month (October 3-5). For a £9 ticket you can try a selection of ceviche including sea bass with green apple, king prawn and salmon with cucumber and lime as well as seared beef with spicy salad and chimbote -marinated carrots and cucumber with red onion, chilli and cilantro. To wash it down? You guessed it, pisco sours.
