Tiny Park Slope favorite Beer Table is changing things up on their menu. The eatery has hosted a successful run of "Family Meal" dinner on Wednesdays, and now they are expanding the concept to other nights. Instead of an a la carte selection, guests will be able to enjoy a family-style meal for $25 per person. Each night will feature a different main ingredient - think fish, chicken, beef or pork - and the large portions can be paired with the joint's usual brews. Get the schedule and more info here.
If wine is more your style, the Park Slope outpost of Marco Canora and Paul Grieco's wine bar Terroir is scheduled to open late this week. The new vino den - which will be the team's fourth location in NYC - will feature 74 seats and large garage doors that can stay open when it's warm out (which it sadly is not today). Some new menu items at this location will include hot dogs and pork ragu bruschetta (284 Fifth Avenue).
