| As American as apple pie |
A classic super perro, oft served from carts all over Columbia, comes topped with avocado, mozzarella cheese, pineapple relish, onions, tomatoes and crushed potato chips, plus an array of squeeze-bottle sauces, including a cilantro sauce and something simply called "pink" sauce, a blend of ketchup and mayo. At Mucho Perro, there's the classic, which takes all of that on, but if you want to go really crazy, get the one with all of that and chili and bacon. Just because you can. Super perros seem to be best eaten with alcohol, or sometime after you've consumed too much of it, so the truck is usually around bars like Hollywood's Bronson Bar after sundown. But you can also find it in Burbank and other food truck stops. Follow Twitter and Facebook for the truck's regular whereabouts.
