London 2013 Restaurant Survey Results Are Live!

The 2013 London Restaurant Survey results are in, and just as we expected, it has been an epic year for dining in the capital city. Our largest survey to date offers reviews of 1,351 restaurants in the new guide.

There have been some surprises - Italian is the most popular cuisine, and only one in 10 of you named British food as a favourite. Some less surprising reveals include Soho as the neighbourhood with the most exciting new openings, thanks to popular spots like La Bodega Negra, 10 Greek Street, Ducksoup and Ceviche.

The Waterside Inn jumped to the top of the Food list this year with a near-perfect 29 out of 30 score, while The Wolseley won as Most Popular restaurant for the second year in a row. The best-looking restaurant according to surveyors? Sketch, which takes home this year's Decor prize. And with the no-reservations trend going strong, we discovered that 61% of you are not willing to wait any longer than 30 minutes for a table. (Just don't tell Best Newcomer winner Pitt Cue Co., which operates on a first come, first served policy.)
