Hot on the heels of
Le Fooding and
Omnivore comes yet another insider-y food gathering - StarChefs.com
International Chefs Congress. Though the three-day event happening September 30-October 2 is largely catered toward industry members, die-hard kitchen enthusiasts will have access to the main stage presentations (featuring the likes of Masaharu Morimoto,
Morimoto; Elizabeth Falkner,
Krescendo; Jordan Kahn,
Red Medicine; and Mario Batali,
B&B Hospitality Group) via an online feed available for purchase
here. Unlike past iterations where the summit ends in a walk around event highlighting this year's selected Rising Stars, this year the event will culminate in a dinner on October 2 with Sweden's Mathias Dahlgren (
Restaurant Mathias Dahlgren) and LA's Jordan Kahn at
