Well, it turns out that Grant Achatz doesn't have a monopoly on inscrutable/crazy trailer videos. iNG just released the above promotional flick, which is meant to build buzz for the restaurant's Martin Scorsese Red Carpet Event, in which chef Homaro Cantu will launch a menu that was inspired by the director's famous films. The eatery also wants cinema buffs out there to get involved - it's sponsoring a contest right now where you can propose scenes to use as inspiration and win dinner for two at Moto. Everyone can drop by on September 18 to try the new offerings - until then we're going to loop this video a few more times and see if we can figure out what's going on.
