How to Sample Bites From Dabbous Tonight

Can't wait until next year to find out what all the fuss is about at Dabbous? (We don't blame you - it really is that good.)

Instead of waiting impatiently until next summer for a table, head down to the no-reservations basement bar run by co-owner and top mixologist Oskar Kinberg tonight and sample Ollie Dabbous's cooking via bar snacks. And we're not talking about olives and stale chips. On the new autumn menu take your pick from a Wagyu steak sandwich with tobacco butter and onions pickled in wheat beer; barbecued Iberico pork with savoury acorn praline, turnip tops and housemade apple vinegar; or crispy chicken wings with fenugreek and toasted garlic.

The best part? In keeping with the upstairs theme of affordable, good quality cooking, these snacks start at £3.
