Hanky Panky Club Opening To the Public Tomorrow at Webster Hall

Webster Hall has long had a VIP lounge suspended in its upper reaches (it looks like the space hosted a swingers party back in February), but the venue has brought in some industry vets to launch the space as a stand-alone nightlife venue dubbed The Hanky Panky Club. It has been open for Fashion Week and is rounding out a series of private events tonight, but tomorrow they'll open to the public (and they'll operate on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays going forward).

Nightlife gurus Lon Ballinger, Gary Spencer and Sameer Qureshi are behind the space, and they've roped in performers like DJ Paul Sevigny to help roll it out. Cocktails have naughty names like the Silk Panties (Peach Schnapps and vodka) and the waitresses are sufficiently (or should we say insufficiently) scantily clad in fishnets and black bodices. The club is accessed via its own staircase, get info here head over for some Hanky Panky at 125A E. 11th Street - the space is open from 10 PM to 4 AM.
