Food Network's New Series Health Inspectors Cracks Down on Dirty Restaurants

If the popularity of shows like Kitchen Nightmares and Restaurant: Impossible are any indicator - the American public loves watching angry men clean up filthy restaurants. Enter Health Inspectors, a new series that has restaurant consultant Ben Vaughn storming into dirty eateries and helping them to survive an upcoming health inspection. The series will premiere October 26 at 10:30PM ET/PT and the first episode will feature a Mexican restaurant in Chicago. Future episodes will feature dirty restaurants in New Orleans, Michigan and Oklahomas - set those TiVos!
