Food for Thought Raises Awareness for Alzheimers

Imagine a world without Alzheimer's. These Boston area chefs and their restaurants are striving for that end by promoting awareness and offering a chance to dine out for the cause.

The Alzheimer's Association has paired up with participating chefs to present Food for Thought, a weeklong fundraising project, September 21-28, when certain restaurants will donate proceeds from a special appetizer to the cause. Chefs include Christopher Coombs (Deuxave), Dante de Magistris (Dante), Tiffani Faison (Sweet Cheeks), Brendan Joy (Radius), William Kovel (Catalyst), Jacky Robert (Petit Robert Bistro), Jason Santos (Blue Inc.) and Mark Sapienza (Langham Boston).
