Not all of us have the luxury of being able to snag a sandwich or pork belly and lamb sausage on a lobster roll during our lunch hour. To calm the angry mob banging on the meat filled windows when Publican Quality Meats closes promptly each night at 6 PM, every Tuesday the restaurant will extend their hours until 8 PM for “Burger, Beer and Bourbon Night.”
Tonight, they offer an extravagant option that's heavy on the fat. The “Heart Attack Burger” features a five-ounce patty with foie gras, caramelized onions, beef bacon and Spanish smoked cheese covered in Russian dressing. For something a little less riddled with cholesterol, chef Chris Kuziemko will be debuting his PQM Spicy chicken wings. Hey, why not have both?
