Dish of the Day: T&T Rolls at Sumosan

The decadent tuna and truffle inside out roll at Sumosan in Mayfair is not for the sushi purist, but it's delicious nonetheless. Melt-in-your mouth tuna is mixed with ponzu and topped with a dollop of creamy truffle sauce. We recommend dipping it in shoyu sauce with a little wasabi to add yet another flavour element to the mix.
