Dish of the Day: Sausage Baguette at Cote

Only a French brasserie like Cote could serve us what is essentially a hot dog and turn it into a sophisticated breakfast choice. It's a simple sandwich but it works perfectly. Two butterflied pork sausages are laid flat on a fresh crispy baguette lightly spread with butter. Add HP Sauce rather than ketchup and mustard for a English twist, and we guarantee you won't be hungry again till lunch.
