Guy Pelly - a.k.a. Prince William's best friend and the man behind Mahiki and recently closed Chelsea nightclub Public - is opening a Mexican bar and restaurant with Marc Burton on Sloane Square at the end of October.
We hear the new basement space will be a colourful drinking spot with a train that delivers tequila shots to your table, a photo booth/confessional box and hammocks to lie around in when it all gets to be too much. They will serve a light menu of signature Mexican dishes - no word on what that means exactly, but we imagine it will be enough guacamole and chips to keep the frozen margaritas down. Here's hoping we bump into Prince Harry on a night out.
