It seems that our obsession with Peruvian food is set to continue into next year.
First came the news of Arjun Waney's restaurant Coya opening in November and now we've heard that Ceviche owner Martin Morales is set to open a second restaurant in Shoreditch in spring 2013. The new restaurant will have a bigger ceviche and pisco bar than the original Soho space as well as a dedicated BBQ area for sizzling anticucho skewers, takeaway options, live music and a dj.
And if that isn't enough South American flavour for you, Morales is also launching a cookbook: Ceviche: Peruvian Cooking at Home as well as releasing a 7-inch single of Peruvian music featuring everything from urban latin funk from to Lima to Amazonian psychedelic chicha.
