Best Thing We Ate Last Night: Korean Taco at Oaxaca

Given our Southern California roots we can be particular when it comes to Mexican food, but Park Slope staple Oaxaca has tacos down. Its nontraditional Korean version may be a tad expensive (clocking in at $4.25), yet the combination of kalbi-marinated steak topped with Korean BBQ sauce, kimchi, lettuce and Asian pear slaw is crave-worthy. Though it can run a little sweet depending on how much sauce is added, overall it's an easily justified savory, tangy, sweet and slightly spicy indulgence (718-222-1122).
