Best Thing We Ate Last Night: Stracciatella Fatta in Casa at A Voce

It may be tedious to make, but we're grateful to the chefs at Missy Robbins' A Voce for going through daily effort of creating the hand-pulled stracciatella starter at this Madison Avenue/Time Warner Center Italian. The decadent, creamy cheese is not to be missed, and served with summer truffles and squash blossoms alongside thick olive oil brushed toast, it's a great way to bid goodbye to warmer weather and welcome in fall.
