30 Under 30 honorees Walker Stern and Joeseph Ogrodnek are slacking - the food is just as strong as ever. We've already shared our love for the
kale salad, but during last night's five-course spontaneous tasting menu, the dourade was a stand out. The fish was expertly cooked and served atop tangy Greek yogurt and slightly sweet marinated cucumbers, with a sprig of cilantro to finish. It may be getting colder, but this combination was light and refreshing, reminding us that even though the air is beginning to feel crisp, it doesn't mean we need to switch to start making stews or fondue quite yet (718-852-8321).
