As we polish off our first cocktail, then settle in with a second, we hate being forced to succumb to those percolating hunger pangs with either a lackluster bowl of cashews or $25 salmon off the dinner menu. So, we’re thrilled some restaurants have gotten smart, knowing guests like to nosh when they drink yet don’t always want to turn to a mound of uninspired wings or spring for a full blown steak at the bar.
