Will Opens August 24 on East Passyunk, Reservations Begin Today

Impressively on schedule, Chris Kearse has announced August 24 as opening date for Will, and the East Passyunk BYO begins accepting reservations today. At his first solo venture, Kearse (most recently at Pumpkin, and profiled in-depth by Drew Lazor here) will serve modern French-inspired cuisine, with a seasonally-changing menu. The chef is known for his exacting plating techniques and vivid use of local ingredients. Will serves dinner 5:30-10 PM, Tuesday-Sunday, as well as Sunday brunch from 11 AM-2 PM. Sunday also brings the option of a $40 prix fixe tasting menu.
