Will, and the East Passyunk BYO begins accepting reservations today. At his first solo venture, Kearse (most recently at Pumpkin, and profiled in-depth by Drew Lazor here) will serve modern French-inspired cuisine, with a seasonally-changing menu. The chef is known for his exacting plating techniques and vivid use of local ingredients. Will serves dinner 5:30-10 PM, Tuesday-Sunday, as well as Sunday brunch from 11 AM-2 PM. Sunday also brings the option of a $40 prix fixe tasting menu.
