On the other end of the burger spectrum, we go from
greasy patty melts to Suzanne Goin's organic turkey burger with arugula and tomato confit, the triple pork with manchego and romesco, and Niman Ranch beef with fontina, lettuce and tomato. Those are the three sliders you'll get on the new Burgers & Bubbles menu that launches this Sunday in the bar at
Tavern, each paired with a different sparkling wine. Ok, maybe that is more our speed. Look for a new B&B menu this weekend and every Sunday after (11648 San Vicente Blvd.; 310-806-6464).
