On Friday
we mentioned the special offerings at
Le Bec Fin's Chez Georges for
Julia Child Restaurant Week, and it looks like one more Philly restaurant will be honoring the no-nonsense food TV star. From August 13-19,
Talula’s Garden will present a special menu as a tribute to Julia Child for what would be her 100th birthday. Proprietor Aimee Olexy and chef Sean McPaul have created an eight-course tasting menu inspired by the French classics that Child introduced to the American public. A selection of French cheeses will play a big part in the meal, which is available for $100 per person. For an additional $60, the food will be paired with eco-conscious French wines.
