Salumè for a look at the innovative liquor-infused paninis the sandwich maker recently added to their menu. Well, that's not the only new development for this brand - the owners are planning to open a new outpost of the concept this fall on Mott Street. The project will feature expanded options - focusing on a large aperitivo menu that's meant to be paired with vermouth (which will be custom-produced in house) and a chef's tasting menu, which will feature Steven Hubbell's cuisine served at a 10-seat bar. A salumi counter will dish out meats and artisan cheeses when the space opens in late September or the beginning of October - breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served (202A Mott St.).
