Sign a Disclaimer to try the Chili Menu at Gilgamesh

Gilgamesh in Camden is not taking any chances with their chili menu that uses some of the hottest spices in the world. Those brave enough to try it will have to sign a disclaimer before they eat.

Chef Ian Pengelley incorporates Naga chillies (used by the army to make pepper spray), Scotch Bonnet peppers from the Caribbean and the Trinidad Scorpion (400 times hotter than Tabasco) into his Pan-Asian dishes. On the special menu: super spicy stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, monkfish curry, green mango and papaya salad, and to finish, chilli berry sorbet. Can you handle it? Don't forget to sign on the dotted line.
