If there's one place we like to perch for afternoon drinks, it's Perch in Downtown LA. It's one of our favorite rooftop spots for a reason, and the only thing better than the sunshine and breezes is the happy hour Champagne (Mon.-Fri., 4-6 PM). It does wonders for the view.
