Here's the last of the leftovers from this past weekend's
Los Angeles Food & Wine. This was one of our favorite ice stands at Friday's Champagne & Caviar event: The California Caviar company packaged individual doses of white sturgeon eggs in medicine bottles, making everyone do a double take ("Is that medical mari...?"), replete with mother-of-pearl spoons to get your "medicine." If all of the pot dispensaries get shut down in LA County, we wouldn't mind if they all turn into caviar dispensaries. Mr. Feelgood, indeed.
