Live on the Plaza event at Los Angeles Food & Wine, we witnessed a hilarious thing. Wolfgang Puck, also walking by, wanted to show his gorgeous wife this funny note he scribbled on Fearing's table: "8:15 Out of Food!" To be fair, the fried quail was one of the best things of the night, the line was long with people waiting to get it, and all who had it practically licked the plate clean. After Puck giggled, he made sure to sign it. Chefs ribbing chefs - gotta love it.
