The new menu will be locally sourced and focus on the park, while the space will include alfresco seating for up to 300 patrons. They are trying to lure in more than just tourists - take out service for locals is on the agenda as well. The build out for the more casual concept is going to take a while - expect the new and improved Central Park eatery to open in Fall of 2013.
