When it comes to cooking, we would probably have starved without the help of Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi's first cookbook, Plenty, so we are thrilled about the imminent release of their second book, Jerusalem.
Now available to pre-order (delivery on September 6), the new book is inspired by the duo's shared home city and includes 100 new recipes drawing on culinary influences from its Muslim, Jewish, Arab, Christian and Armenian communities as well as the Mediterranean climate.
Dishes we can't wait to cook include spicy frikkeh soup with meatballs and clementine and almond syrup cake.
Can't wait to try it? Eat at one of the four branches of Ottolenghi in London while you wait for your book to arrive.
