Classic cocktail lovers and industry folks will appreciate this one -
Grand Cafe inside the Hotel Monaco is now the first restaurant in the country to offer green Chartreuse on tap. Shots of the centuries-old French liqueur are available for $5, or paired with a Kronnenbourg 1664 beer for $8. Bar Manager Kristin Almy is also offering a cocktail on tap, the “Grand Old Fashioned”, made with Pierre Ferrand Cognac and chartreuse for $8. Personally, we're kind of loving this boozy new development.
