Monday

Kick off your week with a bargain at SoHo seafooder Lure Fish Bar, which features $1.50 oysters, $1 Littleneck clams, and other discounted nibbles, plus markdowns on wine, beer, and cocktails including their Dark & Stormy during happy hour from 5-7 PM.

Tuesday

Hamptons vineyard Wölffer Estate teams up with East Villager JoeDoe for a wine dinner tonight. $65 buys you four courses like steamed shellfish and Long Island Duck, each of which will be paired with a selection from Wölffer. See the entire menu and make your reservation here.

Wednesday

Chef David Nevins of newly opened Nix’s Mate in Boston prepares a seafood-focused dinner at the James Beard House tonight. The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres like salmon tartare and oyster shooters, followed by dinner featuring Cape Cod striped bass and seared yellowfin tuna. Thursday

City Winery presents a Sip and Slurp oyster and wine pairing tonight at 6 PM. Varieties of the bivalve including Wellfleet, Beau Soleil, Caraquet, and St. Simone will be sampled alongside vino from Channing Daughters, Cristalino, and more. There will also be cheese and charcuterie from Murray’s Cheese. Tickets for the evening are $85 and can be purchased here.

Friday

Brooklyn Kitchen hosts a Vegetarian Couples Dinner tonight at 6:30 PM. The evening includes instruction from Louisa Shafia, author of Lucid Food, as well as a three-course meal with wine pairings and runs $165 per couple.

Weekend

On Saturday, Back Forty brings their signature crab boils to the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk at 96th Street at 5 PM. $25 gets you a meal of spiced blue crabs, corn, and potatoes, and there will be live entertainment and cold brews from Low Tide Bar to boot. Info here.

Support the New Amsterdam Market in a sweet way at their Third Annual Ice Cream Sunday.
