Marcus Samuelsson Adds Tea Maker to His Resume

Successful chef and restaurateur, bestselling author and now tea creator? Marcus Samuelsson is a busy guy this summer with the release of  his memoir Yes, Chef, but he still had time to come up with four tea labels, which the celeb toque is now slinging at Harney and Sons. The new line is dubbed Ambessa and each blend represents a different aspect of Samuelsson's globe trotting cuisine - the name means "lion" in Amharic and pays homage to Eithopia's emblem. Safari Breakfast was inspired by Africa, Lingonberry Green by his Swedish childhood, Choco Nut Blend was created with his stint in Switzerland in mind and Earl of Harlem represents his American coming of age.
