Maison Premiere Ditches Oysters-Only Concept For Full Menu

Last week, we made a list of things we love about the NYC dining scene, and Williamsburg Bar Maison Premiere was front and center with their crazy-extensive selection of oysters. Well, the bivalves will stay, but the New Orleans-themed watering hole has announced a menu makeover, bringing in chef Jared Stafford-Hill to launch a seafood-heavy menu. Stafford-hill hails from the kitchen at restaurants like Bobo and Hearth and his new offerings consist of crudo and small plates that are meant for sharing. You can score some of the bites (and a cocktail or three, natch) from 4 PM to 1 AM daily, check out the full menu below.
