In Riva Offering Hands-On Pizza Classes

When it’s done right, Neapolitan style pizza is one of the best foods there is, and In Riva in East Falls serves one of the top renditions in the city. During Pizza Week, we listed a few of the techniques chef Arthur Cavaliere employs to make his stellar pies, but there were a few secret tricks he wouldn’t tell us. However, he’s now ready to spill the beans to a lucky few who sign up for a pizza-making class. The $85 fee not only gets you a hands-on lesson in all things dough, sauce and cheese, but also a complete four-course dinner with wine pairings. Classes are for just 20 people, and begin at 7 PM on September 10, October 1, November 12 and December 3.
