Hot Tip: Chris Kronner's Bone Marrow Burgers to Pop Up Again at Bar Tartine

Chris Kronner returns to Bar Tartine and elsewhere for more burger pop-ups

Attention burger lovers: you heard it here first. Remember that one-night-only burger pop-up that 30 Under 30 chef Chris Kronner put on last week at his former stomping ground Bar Tartine? Well it looks like the chef-at-large has smiled upon us and will be bringing back his infamous bone marrow burgers and chicken wings pop-up back to Bar Tartine and several other locations in the future. If you recall, the pièce de resistance of this burger offering is the optional side of roasted bone marrow for slathering on your patty for extra fatty-meaty goodness.

The first reprisal will be next Monday, August 27, back at Bar Tartine, as part of its Monday night Curiosities guest chef dinner series. Reservations can be made directly through Bar Tartine or on the restaurant’s OpenTable page. Just remember: Kronner’s menu (see below), will be the only food offered at Bar Tartine on Monday evening. If you miss this one, Kronner assures us that he plans to be popping up again in the future at Oakland’s Pizzaiolo and again at Bar Tartine.
