Home House Announces Plans for a New Executive Chef

To coincide with the refurbishment and relaunch of Home House's House 19, Jeremy Brown (Ritz Hotel, Marco Pierre White Group) has been appointed head chef effective September.

He plans to focus on local fresh catch (Cornish Lobster, wild sea bass, scallops) as well as traditional meats like mutton and pork belly. Highlights from his menu will include an avocado roll with Cornish crab and sour apple followed by roast pineapple with brown bread ice cream.

The only catch? Home House is for members and their guests only. Make a new friend quickly.
