Healdsburg's Fanciest Supper Club Hosts Benu's Corey Lee This Sunday

We don’t know what supper looked like at your house growing up, but up in Healdsburg, the award-winning winery Copain Wines hosts an uber exclusive wine-soaked “Supper Club” series that welcomes visiting chefs from some of the nation’s top kitchens to prepare a one-of-a-kind intimate dinner party. The next Supper Club takes place this Sunday and will feature Benu’s wunderkid Corey Lee, so if you don’t already have sufficiently fabulous plans for this Labor Day weekend, you might want to book a spot at the table. Miraculously, there are still seats available. Lee’s elaborate tasting menu will be further gilded by wine pairings chosen from Copain’s cellar by Benu’s star sommelier Yoon Ha and Copain winemaker Wells Guthrie. Take a gander of the preliminary menu (written in true 'Comma Cuisine' style) after the jump.

Can’t make it to this one? Later this year, the winery will be hosting other James Beard Award winners such as Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasca (September 30, $225 per person), and David Chang of Momofuku (December 14, $375) and reservations can be made now for those dinners.
