You may not have the warmest recollections of school lunch, but Kevin Sbraga wants to fix that. Starting on September 4, Sbraga will be offering a playful six-course cafeteria-inspired menu at its chef's counter. Options will include fish sticks with tartar sauce and French fries, "canned" tuna fish with toast points and caviar, and salisbury steak with tater tots and mushroom-onion gravy.
