We just got word that chef Phillip Foss is set to jump in the Delorean and turn on the flux capacitor - for one week in October he's going back to the '80s. The high-end, permanent pop up will be doing a week of dinners inspired by the New Wave decade - and the fun won't just be on your plate. Three words: costumes are mandatory (for both chefs and diners). The three hour menu will feature fifteen courses for $165 per person - the dinners will go down from October 16 to 20.
