On a recent trip to the Westfield food court we noticed the line at Pho - the Vietnamese counter - was by far the longest. We joined the queue to find out what the fuss about and were not disappointed. This tasty and quick Pho Xao Ga is a Vietnamese version of a Pad Thai but less nutty. Made with wok fried flat noodles, tossed with tender pieces of chicken breast, roasted peanuts and lime and then served with bean sprouts, green beans and red chilli, it was worth the wait.
