Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is gearing up to open new Brooklyn and Stamford, Connecticut locations pretty soon, but those aren't the only outposts the chain has in the works. Today we hear that John Stage's beloved BBQ is gearing to open a new branch in Buffalo New York. The smokers will set up shop in Upstate NY's largest city next summer - the restaurant will be located in a former film storage facility in the Downtown area. Dinosaur fans know that Stage is familiar with Upstate NY - the first location of his 'cue chain was in Syracuse, not in NYC. When the new joint opens, expect those 180 seats to be packed (301 Franklin St.).
