While there's no shortage of bars in Old City, we have to admit there are very few we're excited about going to. That may change in September when Craft & Claw plans to open up. According to Eater who got a glimpse of the opening menu, chef Nick Fabian (Anastasi Seafood) will be creating seafood-heavy offerings including three types of crab legs, bacon blue crab mac 'n' cheese, fish tacos and crab cake BLT sliders alongside pub-oriented fare like wings, mozzarella sticks and fish 'n' chips. For those watching their pennies, affordable $25 all-you-can-eat specials on Mondays and Wednesdays featuring snow crabs and blue crabs respectively should certainly appease. And when it comes to suds, obviously expect craft varieties, apparently all domestic (126 Chestnut St.; 267-886-9266).
