Given London's current obsession with burgers, it is no great surprise that the Soho House Group is getting in on the action.
Dirty Burger opens next Wednesday (August 22) in a pop-up corrugated iron shed in Kentish Town (around the back of the soon to open Pizza East and Chicken Shop).
The signature Dirty Burger is a classic cheeseburger with onion, tomato, lettuce and French mustard. There is also a Dirty Breakfast - a fried egg on top of a haggis sausage patty with bacon and brown sauce. Both are available with crispy crinkle fries and knobbly onion rings and come wrapped in greaseproof paper.
A contender for the 'best burger in town'? You'll have to wait until next week to find out.
